Description

There are some PRs with CI failing due to not enough disk space. https://github.com/autowarefoundation/autoware.universe/actions/runs/10156689154/job/28085486416

Expected behavior

CI runs successfully without disk space issue

Actual behavior

CI runs fails with disk space issue

Run CI on large PRs that runs with containers
