Description

Create vehicle description of ITRI bus for simulator

Purpose

Vehicle description is needed to drive ITRI bus in a simulator.

Possible approaches

Create vehicle_launch and vehicle_description package for ITRI

Definition of done

[ ] Create vehicle_info.param.yaml for ITRI bus
[ ] create vehicle_interface.launch.xml for ITRI bus.
