docs: Add report on face mask detection #86

Report regarding Acoustic Source Localization & Precautionary System for ZHCET.

@syedjawadakhtar Can you do a proof read of Acoustic Localization report and suggest some changes? I am thinking of adding few things in Acoustic Documentation.

@Khanitachi there are a lot of typos in your files, I have mentioned some of them. Also, you have used some abbreviations, I request you to please add footnotes for them. Lastly, the file name should not contain spaces in between. Fix these changes and then rename your files by replacing spaces with → " - "

@Khanitachi You have to add all the static files in Static directory. Try running these changes locally. Read this https://auvdocs.readthedocs.io/en/latest/Development/CONTRIBUTING/ Also, follow the markdown guidelines.
