Better time resolution in performance output #81

Uses round(2) to get better execution time resolution in the performance data that gets returned to nagios.

simple enough change to pull in now. FYI at some point the naigos code is likely to move to the cuken project repository. You can browse the current state here. I ack. progress is slow so I can't say just when this will happen. Appreciate any thoughts or code you can offer ;)
