Return metrics from all hosts rather than the common set #119

Makes RRDs.metrics return the complete set of metrics from all hosts rather than just the common set across all hosts.

Useful when you are returning data from hosts with a dissimilar set of metrics.

I was going to implement this exact feature in Visage 3.0. Are you ok if I merge it in there, and release as part of 3.0?
