BUG terminal broken for spinners with 25 validators #1736

also the terminal kind of acts weird (infinite lines) when we spin like 25 validators , its cos of the frame rate of the spinner library we r using. We don't see the terminal issue when using 5 vlaidators but 25 is when we see it
