provide .env.dist with most important settings #98

For faster onboarding, I find providing a .env.dist file very helpful since .env is mandatory here. I added the 3 variables that we always need to set up a faucet for custom (EVM-)Subnets. Please feel free everybody to add others as well

@rajranjan0608 this is an excellent idea! I've just added the default values.
