Upgrades to the latest version of Kurtosis, which provides:

live-streaming logs
replaces DockerContainerInitializer with the simpler ContainerConfigFactory
--debug mode flag, which will expose service ports directly on the user's local machine

NOTE: This also removes Topology's dependency on TestContext, which means that Topology things can be done in Test.Setup phase now (rather than being forced to be done in Test.Run)
