Decentralisation is one of the central principles of #bitcoin and a key factor in its popularity. It removes the middlemen and brings us one step closer to the future. But how can decentralised systems change the world? With DAOs or Decentralised Autonomous Organisations, smart contracts can do things which were once only possible in science fiction. 2) elijahhampton has started work.

Challenge Description
From What is a Decentralized autonomous organization, and how does a DAO work?
"A decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) is an entity with no central leadership. Decisions get made from the bottom-up, governed by a community organized around a specific set of rules enforced on a blockchain.
DAOs are internet-native organizations collectively owned and managed by their members. They have built-in treasuries that are only accessible with the approval of their members. Decisions are made via proposals the group votes on during a specified period."
This challenge is to build template which can produce an EVM-compatible DAO on the Avalanche C-Chain. The created DAO should include full governance via on-chain voting. Participants should be able to acquire DAO tokens via staking AVAX (or another token if you wish).
DAO tokens should enable holders to submit and vote on governance proposals. All voting should be on-chain. The rules of the DAO should only be changeable via governance.
Submission Requirements
The DAO created via your submission should be live on the Avalanche Fuji testnet. The demo should include
Avalanche Developer Documentation
Judging Criteria
This category is limited to 1 winner. The template which produces a DAO that most closely meets the submission requirements will be the winner. Partial or unfinished submissions are not eligible for the prize. If no submission meets the requirements then there will be no winner.
