issue #1, typos -- partial completion

Each typo fix listed below was followed by a cycle of compile-n-test.

cavalery -> cavalry
bagage -> baggage
appartment -> apartment
peltasts -> peltast
hypaspists -> hypaspist
mindfull -> mindful (to include mindfullness -> mindfulness)
mindefullness -> mindfulness
activitys -> activities
misc one-word typos in various description strings
burial1234 -> burial 1234 in description strings

issue #5, feature request: embed commit hash into published gh-pages distro

add build-dependencies section to Cargo.toml to list vergen dep
add build.rs script for cargo to hook; this script just harvests some data to populate environment variables for later use
add new data to meta.info to pass into Vue
add panel with build & commit data displayed in Vue

Also:

fixed Clippy warnings re Eq when PartialEq present
added description to:
- peltast job
- baggage boy
- slinger
- hypaspist
- light cavalry
auto-prettier removed trailing CR/LF from two files I inspected for Vue syntax hints: settings & sidebar
upped version from 0.1.0 to 0.1.1 to reflect user visual changes (typos & addition of version)

Ty! ...the whole build.rs thing was new to me. It is discussed here, but I have not read that book yet. Another to add to the pile.
