Gem post-install links are incorrect #116

This gem includes a post-install message that has incorrect links. The developer site should probably be https://developer.avalara.com/api-reference/avatax/rest/v2/, and I could not find the developer blog. Does one exist? I'd be interested especially in the RSS feed.
