Hi,

I tested this on my Ubuntu machine only. Can you please test it on your system where the partition is accessible through /dev/sdc1 ?

Thanks!

Ok, will check that when i get a new sd card and let you know, thanks.

@michaeldg ,

I flashed a new SD CARD (USB card reader/writer) with your script without errors but for some reason it did not boot. I provided new script for a new OS Image with /boot (ext4) and now it is possible to update/upgrade kernel on the fly. I cannot verify if the script works with embedded sd card reader, if you have the opportunity please try the script and new Image, i think worth it.
