Patch appears to load only some of the time and i can see a few errors once it gets to [_sSystem] shader system initialize

any help is greatly appreciated

driver version is 8.970.100.1100

Same problem with me. Ati Radeon 4850 driver version is 8.970.100.1100 idLogger-0.3.1
