CI/CD #4

As additional feature, I would suggest adding the CI/CD for publish the package on PyPi or deploying on DockerHub.

I can make a PR

I'm not a big fan of automatic publication. If you think that it can be useful we can discuss, by the way I think that it is a little bit premature because the project is still a work-in-progress under heavy development and I have still not tagged the first "official" version.

You can trigger by button or by release, so you can "state" when publishing.

I found it useful when sharing the package, especially with non-expert users.
