Sharepoint Plugin for Uppy #5161

Description

Adding Sharepoint support to Uppy in the form of a Companion plugin. Original investigation is in #4946.

Questions

Will the Uppy plugin live in a new repo?
- No, we'll work from a fork and contribute upstream (Companion code needs to live in the central repository)

Done Criteria

[ ] Uppy plugin created for using Sharepoint as a source
[ ] When used as a source in Uppy, users can authenticate to Sharepoint and select files
[ ] Tested against IU Sharepoint

This issue may need to be split as we learn more about implementing Sharepoint auth and Companion plugins. Also back and forth should be expected with upstream contributions.
