Investigate complying with stricter email spam filtering #5577

Google and Yahoo will be enforcing stricter email spam filtering starting in 2/2024. We should make sure that emails Avalon sends, in particular from AWS installs, to ensure it follows best practices to ensure emails get delivered.

We'll check this after deploying to the demo site in AWS.

@cjcolvar Do you think this can be closed now or should I do a bit more testing on Demo?

@joncameron If you tested and emails are coming through to a gmail address then I think we can close this.

Tested with a gmail account and successfully received a message from amazonses.
