Not Using Realm Time for Recording Data

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. choose Tuesday as the first day of the week in the options of this addon
2. wait until end of the day per realm time, when it switches over to being a 
"new day"
3. daily values are not reset for quite a while, hours for sure

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- that when the realm starts its new day, the data will move from the current 
day to the next day at that particular time
- i was using auditor2 before trying this, and right now at the same time - 
auditor switches over when the reset time occurs

What version of Accountant are you using,(don't say latest, give us the
version number)
- 5.01.50400

what Wowbuild are you using.
- 5.4.7.17898

Provide a list of other addons you are running.
- chocolate bar, misc broker addons, bagnon, mapster, tomtom, wim, altoholic.

Does the problem still exist when you only Load accountant?
- yes

Accountant should only be checking the date during the initial loading of the 
addon. a reload or relog should fix this.

if we have it check the date regularly it would reduce performance and i would 
like to keep it as lightweight as possible.
