Repair Costs Not Properly Categorized #7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Repairing gear with a merchant
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the repair cost to go under the Repair Costs line, but instead it goes 
under the Merchants Expenditures line.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I'm using 3.11.402000. Windows 7 Pro.

Please provide any additional information below.
