Implement Guildwars API #196

there's no such api.

gw2 api https://api.guildwars2.com/v1/guild_details.json will be addd in 1.3.1

I added the gw2 api, now need to consume it. I only see a use case fro the emblem API as it is now. there is no guild memberlist API.
