@ea2809 Is it possible to fix the linter errors so I can accept it?

Prefer single quoted strings (see Google VimScript Style Guide (Strings))
Use robust operators !=# or !=? instead of != (see Google VimScript Style Guide (Matching))

You can check it locally with vint -s
