Level list interface - cancer/Sabaku should not be visible #109

I don't know what it SHOULD look like but the level has no centering teleporter, goodies up high (where teleporter should land you?) and incarnators right next to each other. I doubt that's the way it should look/work. Also, the description mentions mechanical humming so maybe it's missing a BSP? I compiled with DEBUGPARSER and there were no apparent errors parsing the level.

@shrizza has mentioned that this level wasn't intended to be visible in the set. It is probably hidden in the original with level completion requirements that are impossible to get, or something similar, in the LEDI.
