Default welcome page doesn't have background set to white so it renders weird when OS uses different colors. #852

If you have a webpage rendering issue (aka bug in QtWebKit) it should be
filed on bugs.webkit.org.  If you are unsure you can file it here and we
will let you know.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. set colorscheme in OS so that default color isn't white for webpages
2. load Arora
3. see bottom of Welcome page in that color

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
white. vanilla.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.10.0, WinXP

Please provide any additional information below.
