arora and qtweb(http://code.google.com/p/qtweb/) seems to have same goal
with same tool...
did you plan to share code? collaborate?

QtWeb is a fork of an older version of Arora. The source code is not in the
google code svn and last I checked
looked like it might not be in any revision control system at all. The author
has also made many changes that
force the code to only work on Windows for no reason whatsoever as Qt
multi-platform version of the code he
writes exists. Simple things like not using QTemporaryFile, but using win32
will never be accepted into Arora.
Also several features introduced by qtweb that I would call broken would never
be accepted in the current
state. Lastly the author of qtweb has never come forward looking to possibly
merge the fork.

There are several dozen forks of Arora that I am aware of. Most of them are by
developers who just want to
try out QtWebKit or add some special feature they want. For those developers
that want to get a feature
merged back into Arora I have helped them fixup any patches. I have also seen
some interesting features in
the forks that I have incorporated into Arora, but at the end of the day I
encourage forking Arora to try out
new things and to not have Arora be the one and only repository as that is very
good for the qtwebkit
community and not every feature can go into Arora as they don't match the Arora
goals.

I agree with florian. Despite Arora is cross-platform, Arora 0.10.1 for Windows
uses
old build of Qt 4.5.3 and WebKit too

So, Qtweb is not old fork of Arora, but the newest (much ahead of Arora) !

Qtweb 3.3
(Qt 4.6.1 , WebKit 532.4)

What I know Qt 4.6.2 is just stable, and things working to Qt 4.7
http://qt.nokia.com/about/news/nokia-releases-qt-4.6.2

I requested (pleased) for upgrade on windows build, same as many other user on
Arora
development forum, but still nothing...

Sad to say, Arora fo Windows is too old
