Download manager focus issue #861

When I download a file, I see the download manager, but what is shown is the 
top of the list, not the 
bottom, where the new download is added. It would be nice if the focus was at 
the bottom on the 
download.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Downloading a file.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When a status window pops up, I would expect it to show the status it was 
summoned to present.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.10.1 using a Slackbuild on Slackware Linux.

Please provide any additional information below.
This is a minor issue - and perhaps more of a feature request.

Here comes a patch to fix this issue that scrolls the view down to the bottom 
of it when 
a new download is added.
