Location bar loses focus when last tab is closed #862

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Disable 'Quit the application when last tab is closed' in Preferences.
2. Close last tab.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect that input focus will go to the location bar so I can immediately type 
an address for the new auto-created empty tab. Instead, it goes to the 
search bar, which is reachable by one Tab button press from the location bar 
if needed, but not vice versa, which is not very convenient.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
arora 0.10.2, git. Debian GNU/Linux sid.

Please provide any additional information below.
A patch to fix that is attached.
