How to disable ctrl-triggered hints? #866

Whenever I press ctrl (most of the time just to summon IME, you know, 
ctrl+space), Arora prompts hints to indicate all hyperlinks on the page, and 
you can press the corresponding key to access the link. Problem is that I 
do NOT need this function at all, and it sometimes prevents my IME from 
working properly. How can I disable this feature?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open a web page
2. press ctrl

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
"Hints" show up, which I don't need.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Arora 0.10.2 + Qt 4.6.0 under Ubuntu Karmic

Please provide any additional information below.

There is an option to disable access keys in the current git version of arora.
