Old version <0.14.2 not found in MavenCentral/Gradle Plugin Portal #447

Hi, I want to report an issue that old version <0.14.2 not found in MavenCentral repository.

It is documented in the README.

@augi Sorry old versions are also missing from GPP now. As Gradle Plugin Portal claim they just proxy Maven Central instead of JCenter from this blog ~2 weeks ago, Gradle Plugin Portal doesn't promise to keep old versions of gradle-docker-compose-plugin as well. At least for now (2024-07-31), I can only find pom for old version without jar - That's why you can find the old version from Gradle Plugin Portal Search portal but I can't consume jar for actual build.
