contribute hyperscan patch? #2

Hi,

is there any reason you didn't contribute the pic patch to hyperscan?

Hi. No specific reason other than the patch is really just a workaround. Not everyone needs PIC all the time so it would have to be configurable. I'm not opposed to the idea but currently my focus is on other projects but I might return to yarang eventually. If you want the patch to be in HyperScan then I'd certainly welcome someone help me with it.

CC @qequ Let's try to contribute the patch but it should be "configurable" so the build system optionally sets PIC.
