Add a toggle to switch between TTN and Helium #13

Currently you have a TTN Fair Access Policy calculated section. Would be awesome to be able to hide that and show only info relevent to Helium. Not sure if there's a Helium Network Fair Access Policy that could be added in lieu (or similiar).
