Current status: mostly works

To do:

Add functionality for up/down votes
Make the GET request actually work because it doesn't seem to be working right now ¯_(ツ)_/¯

fixed GET request. Will change get call to also return _id of a given annotation in the object so that an upvote/downvote is easier to propagate to server ( store the _id as a hidden element in the

element?) .
