Can you please add a description to this pull request that summarizes what you’ve done here? Your commit comment says “Move tests around, organize them a little better.” Please explain your organization scheme at a high level and why you believe it’s better.

Additionally, this is pull request is causing the build to fail because it doesn’t comply with our code quality metrics. Please fix these issues if you want this pull request to be merged.

Yeah. Sorry this was a combination of doing too many things. Going to do smaller pull requests of the more important things
