Sorry for the delay in responding here. Would you mind adding this to the wiki, for the moment. I am perhaps speaking for myself, but I would rather add things to the list that I have some 1st or 2nd degree familiarity with. @avdi do you know agree / know anyone who has used paidcodereview.com?
Also, as an aside, @derwiki, what is your experience with the site? Do you have a relationship with it?

I'm not sure the site is in the same spirit as pair programming - from the look of it, it's closer to consultancy. My vote is no on this one.
The site shows that @derwiki is one of the reviewers. I completely understand his desire to advertise the site, but I don't think this is the place to do it.

PaidCodeReview.com is a paid service for hiring experts to code review your code and work with you on becoming a better programmer.
It looks like there should potentially be a third section, "matchmaking services" or something. While code review isn't strictly pair programming, I think it's in the same spirit and that readers of this site would also be interested in code review services.
