Hi, near the bottom of p.192, the book says "For example, a 70-inch person has predicted earnings of 7.97 + 0.02 ∗ 70 = 9.37, ...". However, this estimate is only for non-male people (and I guess technically should refer to "predicted logged earnings" rather than "predicted earnings"). If the person is male, their predicted logged earnings would be 7.97 + 0.02 * 70 + 0.37, according to the estimated model in the middle of the page.
