In the table on page 276, the parameterization match-ups for Model 15.8 and Model 15.10 are shown as:
Model 15.8
$c{1.5}$
$c{2.5}$
$\sigma$
Model 15.10
$-c{1|2} / \beta$
$-c{2|3} / \beta$
$1/\beta$
But at the top of p. 277, the example being discussed uses the transforms without the negative sign, e.g. $c_{1|2} / \beta$. I believe the text is correct, and the table should not have the negative signs in Model 15.10?
