I believe there might be a small typo in exercise 11.5(b) on p.181. That part of the question says "Display the estimated model graphically as in Figure 10.2." However, Figure 10.2 refers to an example with one predictor, not two. Did you mean to say "Display the estimated model graphically as in Figure 11.2."? Figure 11.2 does graphically display a model with two predictors.
