Superfix pack #27

There where things that had problems in the actual version of beerblogging, I had them fixed so they are:

some .ds files that where in the repo
epio config, removed them
heroku config(shoud use only somethings, since what @avelino did a good trick in the proc file.
feedparser fix for zenos blog
removed users that the blog where not ok that's preetty much

(should handle carefully, lot of conflicts)
