Update URL for list_projects #121

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The platform API endpoint GET rest/experiments/projects to list all existing projects will be moved to GET rest/v1/projects in platform version 6.35.0. The URL should be updated in the averbis-python-api as well.
