What's in the PR?

Added support for POST request to rename process.
Fixed lint errors caused by new mypy version setting no_implicit_optional = True by default.

How to test manually

Create a process in the product
Get the process from the document collection
Call process.rename(NEW_PROCESS_NAME)

Check that the process was renamed in the product and the returned process' name was changed
