Add possibility to edit groupround, playerround, measure, questionscore tables #9

These tables are typically not filled via the admin interface, but being able to edit can help to overcome a problem during gameplay.

Extra menu added and tested. There can be a small glitch when switching between Measure and Question that has to be researched a bit better, but in general the code works just fine.
