Build SURVEY-COMPLETED screen #24

When the survey has been answered, players have to wait for the facilitator to close the survey after all answers are in, and roll the dice for the damage. There is one button, "WAIT FOR THE DICE" (or a better text...).

The survey completed screen has been built. The screen explains what happens next and why there is a waiting screen.
