Remove deprecated demo's #21

Remove

FundamentalDiagrams (in demo package)

BusStreetDemo (to be returned later)

All in demo.network.xml
SdmSimulation (to be returned later)

TrafCodDemo2_Generators
All in demo.web
All in remotecontrol

Some need a better package name, e.g. LoadXml. SuperDemo to be updated later (removed demo's should be removed from it).

org.opentrafficsim.demo.conflict.TestNetworkDemo is removed too. It does not run. strategies.LmrsStrategies is removed too. It was for the actual work, not the demo.

SuperDemo can not be extended with FundamentalDiagramDemo and StrategiesDemo because these are extensions of AbstractSimulationScript where OtsSwingApplication is expected.
