Translation German #2

Hey,

since I've already translated World Scribe Android to german, I would like also to translate World Scribe 2. My question is, is there a translation file like in Android or should I translate with comments in issues like before?

Hi tostc,

Thanks for offering to translate for this project as well! Right now, we don't have any solid plans for localization, but my current idea is to use a package like i18n to dynamically load translated strings from JSON files. Then, all you would need to edit are those JSON files.

All of this is still on the drawing board, so I'll let you know when something is in the works. (Of course, we're also open to contributors taking up this task instead.)

The localization ticket has been created at #10. So once that issue is completed, work on the German translation can begin.
