An own adjustment of the growth rate for plants and trees. #23

It would make the whole thing more realistic if trees grew slower than plants. Maybe the current growth rate setting can be present twice, once for plants and once for trees.

All growth is handled together so this would need quite a big change. I'll think about whether it fits my intentions for the plugin. :)
