@CTcodeX I fixed this bug - this happened when users restarted a quiz for which they already answered some questions. Quizzes are now being resumed properly. You can test this by starting a quiz answering a few questions. Going back to the profile page. Click on the same quiz again. It should resume at the last question you answered.

One can also reset a quiz's answers - this is how this specific issue for Sibabale's Quiz was fixed. He need to complete the quiz again.
