I modularized the js, added URLs to the places and added two new places in Bordeaux.

Ok, I've split it up. I'll make separate pull requests.

The purpose of the modularisation is to encapsulate the functionality into an object instead of creating a dozen public methods in the global namespace. The include just declares the variable mapMaker.
