Lyon and Villeurbanne (La Cordee) #34

Added 2 cities (Lyon and Villeurbanne), and 3 places (same company : La Cordee).

I wonder if it really worth to have a dedicated file/town for Villeurbanne ? If there is only one address (at first) in Villeurbanne, i suggest that we start by merging both under "lyon" and split when it'll come to big. (but maybe, we'll have implemented dynamic loading at this time :)

I've merge Lyon and Villeurbanne places into lyon.places.

Merged manually.
