enable working from 127.0.0.1 #73

There was some bugs when running the website using 127.0.0.1. fixed that;

Thanks for your contribution. But I think it is easyer (and more configurable) to simply add an entry in your /etc/hosts (or its equivalent for you OS) for 127.0.0.1 for example 127.0.0.1 toulouse.devfriendlyplaces.local

This will allow to test each city (replace toulouse by the one you want) and in the same condition as it will be use in production.

More generally, I usually don't like having a separated code path for local dev.

So I won't merge this one, I hope you'll understand.
