Search results should be grouped by name #206

if one stock is present in 5 exchanges, you get 5 results in the add dialog.

There should be one result with a dropdown box of the available exchanges.

Reason: It is only one result. I want to see every fonds only once and when I decide on one of them, I want to see the available exchanges.
