Add support for DMV's new compact roll buttons.

Changes:

Allow extension to work with subdomains (e.g. dev.dungeonmastersvault.com). This is necessary for testing purposes.
Modify dispatchers to support compact buttons. This is not backwards compatible.

https://github.com/Orcpub/orcpub/pull/436 has been merged, but the changes aren't live on DMV yet.

This PR is not backwards compatible with the current DMV release, so we still need to wait for 2.5.0.17 (.18?) to go live.

Version 2.5.0.17 (11/4/2020) is now live on DMV
