Main Mapping Interface #1

There should be a pan-and-zoom-able map, displaying the current location of the rocket, as well as a trail representing its path taken so far.

For now, the map can use Open Street Maps or another on-line map service; in the future it will need to support user-configurable imagery in GeoTiff or similar format.

This is (kinda) implemented now in the startMapping branch, so I'm going to mark this as closed for now.
